My Property Assistant (M.P.A.)
Terms of Use
Effective August 17, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to My Property Assistant (M.P.A.), a hosted property-operations service. They reflect the product as it works today. They do not create a separately named corporation or publish a mailing address.
The service
M.P.A. is a hosted web application for property and facility operations. The commercial products are Property Manager, Facility Operations, and Complete Platform. Enterprise is an optional sales path, not a product or pricing tier.
Tenant Pay Once and tenant-authorized AutoPay are available after an organization completes Stripe Connect and an authorized admin enables Online Payments. The organization chooses accepted tenant payment methods: bank payments, cards, or both. AutoPay requires the tenant’s own consent. Operational FIN-OPS records inside an organization are not M.P.A. SaaS subscription charges.
Accounts
You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential and use the service only for lawful organizational operations. Organizations are responsible for the records they enter and the people they invite.
SaaS subscriptions and billing
Self-serve plans are purchased through Stripe Checkout after Confirm Plan. Public prices are Property Manager $59 monthly, Facility Operations $59 monthly, and Complete Platform $109 monthly, with the existing approved annual discount. Additional unit capacity, when quoted, is billed as additional 500-unit blocks.
A valid payment card is required for self-serve Checkout. After a free trial, if one applies to the quote, automatic SaaS billing begins unless you cancel through the supported cancellation flow.
M.P.A. does not currently offer self-service in-app plan swaps or card updates. Contact enterprise@my-property-assistant.com if you need help with the subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel a SaaS subscription through the currently supported cancellation flow. Cancellation remains subject to the applicable paid billing period. Access continues through the paid-through date, and future renewal stops.
These Terms do not promise refunds. Current product cancellation copy states that no refunds and no prorated refunds are issued.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to send unlawful communications. M.P.A. may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the service or other customers.
Third-party services
Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, and optional SignWell operate parts of the service described in the Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply to their processing. M.P.A. does not make certification or compliance claims about those providers.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as a hosted operations tool. M.P.A. does not claim SOC 2, GDPR certification, CCPA certification, HIPAA compliance, or that a data-processing agreement exists.
M.P.A. does not warrant uninterrupted service or that operational records will meet a particular legal or accounting standard.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, United States, without naming a specific county or court.
